This is the indigenous fruit which has been converted to wine where it is brewed with yeast.
It has good and Bad effects.
Too much drinking can result to a running stomach.The old generation  associated with certain values like Discipline because if you take it too much then you Greed and the result of Greediness results to the running stomach which needs a toilet immediately.

like Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Southern African states the people  of those provinces come together and celebrate their unity.The Leaders of those  celebrations are led by the Heads of those tribes.The Chief would organise the following Agenda:
1.Opening by  the Tribal Head who will introduce the  Chief by prounanciating the Chief's  Praises
which are poetical.
2.The Chief will take over,thanking his/her Father's People(refering to his/her subordinates)
3.The Chief will drink first  the 25ml to 100ml and
pass it to the Royal family using calabash (Check its structure from Google search)
4.Then the Tribal Heads will drink from their own
Calabashes after the Chief and the Royal Family had drunk 
5.Each  village will have its own Big Drum were
each Tribal Head will distribute to each family.

Usually this is FREE but nowadays has been  commercialized.
Marula fruits are collected from the veld and sold in buckets of 5-10L containers.

3.Be prepared as liqour  where it is  fermented.
